Los Verdaderos Milagros No Son Eventos Sobrenaturales

Juan 6:1-15
El verdadero milagro en la alimentación de los cinco mil en realidad no fue la multiplicación de la comida. No fue un truco de magia, ni un evento sobrenatural. Fue la consecuencia de un acto más terrenal pero mucho más difícil en la cultura religiosa de la época de Jesús: compartir.
El primero que comenzó este fue un niño. Puso cinco panes de cebada y dos peces en una cesta y tomó solamente la cantidad necesaria para comer. Luego otras personas hicieron lo mismo. Algunos de ellos pusieron solo un pedazo alimento y otros nada. Ellos compartieron lo que tenían y todos quedaron satisfechos.
 Pero el verdadero milagro fue que todos ellos se sentaron juntos! Hombres, mujeres, niños, judíos, no judíos, personas casadas, personas solteras, viudas, huérfanos, blancos, negros, samaritanos, romanos compartieron su comida y su lugar para comer por primera vez en la historia.
¿Quieres que Dios multiplique tus provisiones? Comparte un poco de lo que tú tienes. Compártelo con algunas personas totalmente diferentes a ti. Con el trabajador sexual, con el "chichifo", con la transgénero, con una persona moralmente escandalosa. Haz que el milagro viva de nuevo.

Real Miracles Are Not Supernatural Events.

John 6:1-15
The real miracle in the feeding of the five thousand actually was not the multiplication of the food. It was not a magic trick nor a supernatural event. It was a consecuence of a more earthly but hardest act in the religious culture of Jesus time: to share.
The first one who started this was a kid. He put five barley loaves and two fishes in to a basket and took only the necessary quantity for him to eat. Then other people did the same. Some of them put just  a piece of food and others nothing. They shared what they had and all of them were satisfied.
But the real miracle was they sat together! Men, women, children, jews, non jews, married people, single people, widows, orphans, whites, blacks, samaritans, romans they shared their food and their place to eat for the very first time in history.
Do you want God multiplies your provisions? Share a little of what you have. Share it with some totally different to you. With the sex worker, with the hustler, with the transgender, with someone morally scandalous. Make the miracle lives again.

¿Profesión o Vocación?

Marcos 6:7-13
No tengo tiempo. Llámame más tarde. Usted necesita hacer una cita. Por favor, venga mañana. El pastor no le puede ver en estos momentos. Estas son las palabras más habituales y muy común de muchos de los representantes actuales de Jesucristo.

Sin embargo, ser un Trabajador de Dios no es una profesión sino una vocación, no es una decisión sino un llamado. Se trata de ser como un médico, es necesario estar preparados para actuar en cualquier emergencia para salvar vidas en peligro, la reanimar corazones rotos y curar almas heridas.

Profession or Vocation?

Mark 6:30-34
I have not time. Call me later. You need to make an appointment. Please come tomorrow. The pastor cannot see you right now. These are most frecuent and very common words from many of today representatives of Jesus Christ.
Spiritual workers need time to rest, to pray, even to worship. I mean, how many times a pastor or a priest attend worship or mass every week? I'm not talking about to work leading the service, but attending it as any parishioner or common people. They need time to themself. That's Ok.
However, to be a God's worker is not a profession but a vocation, not a choice but a calling. It is to be like a doctor, you need to be ready to act in any emergency saving lives in danger, reviving broken hearts and healing wounded souls.

Ser Lo Menos Pretenciosos Posible

Marcos 6:7-13
En tiempos de Jesús había infinidad de curanderos itinerantes. Viajaban por todo el país, seguidos por un séquito de ayudantes o cómplices. Cuanto más ricos lucía más dignas de confianza la gente creía que eran.
Cuando Jesús envió por primera vez a sus discípulos para compartir las buenas nuevas, expulsar demonios y curar a la gente, les pidió que fueran lo menos pretenciosos posible y también los envió sólo en grupos de dos. En el nuevo orden propuesto por Jesús, los seguidores de Yahvé, los ayudantes de Jehová deben ser los más humildes servidores del pueblo de Dios. Ellos no necesitan equipos caros o artículos de lujo para obrar milagros, sólo necesitan que las personas realmente crean en sus promesas acerca de una nueva forma de vida, un nuevo Reino de Dios en el aquí y el ahora.

To Be Less Pretentious as Possible

Mark 6:7-13
In Jesus time there were alot of itinerant healers. They traveled all around the country followed by a entourage of helpers or accomplices. The more rich they look the more trustworthy people think they were.
When Jesus sent for very first time to his disciples to share the good news, expel demons and healing people, he asked them be less pretentious as possible and also sent them just in groups of two. In the new order proposed by Jesús, Yahweh's followers, Jehovah's helpers must be the humblest servants of God's people. They not need expensive outfits or luxury items to work miracles, they just need people truly believe on the promises of Jesus about a new way of life, a new kingdom of God here and now.

Cuarta promesa de Dios

"Tú sabrá que estás conmigo y yo estoy contigo cuando después de trabajar seis días tomas uno para el Sabbath, el Día de Descanso. Ese día será sagrado para ti. Eso no quiere decir que necesitas dedicar ese día a mí, porque todos los días son míos. Yo soy el creador de la vida y el tiempo. Dedicarás este día a tu familia y tus seres queridos. Seis días harás el dinero para ti y su familia. Un día a la semana invertirás tu amor en ti y tu familia. Este día de descanso no trabajarás por dinero sino que harás las cosas por amor, por alegría, por Dios y para Dios, por propósitos mayores que solo terrenales cosas materiales. Y entonces llegará el momento en que cada día será tu Sabbath, tu día de descanso, un día dedicado a pasar tiempo de calidad contigo mismo, con tu familia, tu comunidad y finalmente con tu Dios. El día para contemplar y disfrutar todo lo que he creado para ti."

Fourth promise of God

"You will know you are with me and I'm whith you when after working six days you'll take a Sabbath, a Day for Rest. This day will be sacred for you. That doesn't mean you need to dedicate this day to me, because all days are mine. I'm the creator of life and time. You will dedicate this day to your family and your beloved ones. Six days at week you will make money for your living. One day at week you will invest your time and love in you and your family. In the Sabbath, the Day of Rest, you will not work for money but do all things for love, for joy, for God to God, for greater porpuses than just earthly material things. And then will came a moment when every day will be your Sabbath, a day to spent quality time with you, with your family, your community and finally with your God. The day to contemplate and enjoy everything I had created for you."

¿Dios o el Maravilloso Mago de Oz?

Marcos 6:1-6.
Muchas personas ven a Dios como el Maravilloso Mago de Oz.
Alguien que puede hacer por arte de magia cualquier cosa, en cualquier lugar y a cualquier hora.
Efectivamente, Dios es la fuerza creativa de todo. El verdadero poder detrás del Big Bang. La partícula elemental de la vida.
Muchos de nosotros creemos vehementemente que Dios creó no solo el mundo como lo conocemos hoy sino también el universo entero.
Pero sólo algunos de nosotros puede ver la belleza de cada creación de Dios.
¿Puedes ver la perfección de Dios de la cucaracha o la mosca?
¿Entender el plan de Dios para el adicto a las drogas o la trabajadora sexual?
¿Podrías entender el propósito de Dios de tu enfermedad o tu discapacidad?
De todo eso es lo que se trata la fe.
Sí, Dios es Todopoderoso. Pero Dios sólo puede obrar milagros de acuerdo a nuestra propia fe.
¿Qué tan grande es el milagro que necesitas?
Bueno, ten la fe tan grande como una semilla de mostaza.
Solo así podrás ayudar a Dios a revelarse a sí mismo más grande que ese Mago de los cuentos de nuestra infancia.

God or the Wonderful Wizard of Oz?

Mark 6:1-6.
Many people see God as the Wonderful Wizard of Oz.
Someone who can do magically anything, anywhere, anytime.
Yes, God is the creative force of all. God is the true power behind the Big Bang. God is the elemental particle of life.
Many of us strongly believe God created the entire universe and the world as we know it. But just some of us can see the beauty of every creation of God.
Can you see God's perfection of the cockroach or the fly?
Would you understand God's plan for the drug addict or the sex worker?
Could you understand God's purpose of your illness or your disability?
That's what faith is all about.
Yes, God is allmighty. But God only can work according to our own faith.
Without your faith God can not work miracles in your life, no matter how much God try.
How big is the miracle you need righ now?
Well, you just need to have faith so big as a seed of mustard. Would you?
Only this way you can help God to reveal god-self bigger than that wizard of your childhood tales.

¿La Ley de Dios o La Palabra de Dios?

Marcos 5:21-43.
Muy a menudo olvidamos la base misma de nuestra fe cristiana sobre-imponiendo nuestros prejuicios y usando la Biblia para reforzarlos.
Convertimos la Biblia en el cuarto elemento de la Trinidad.
En tiempos de Jesús no había una Biblia como la conocemos hoy.
Era una colección de rollos.
Algunos de ellos contenían la Ley de Dios.
Esa Ley nos prohíbe tocar a una mujer con sangrado vaginal o un cuerpo muerto, porque son una abominación y nos hacen inmundos ante de Dios.
Pero eso no es lo que Jesús, la Palabra de Dios, quiere de ti para realmente complacer realmente Dios hoy.
Él quiere que tú hagas las cosas correctas en lugar de hacer las cosas correctamente.
Para Jesús, la gente es más importante que las leyes o los libros, incluso que la ley de Dios o el libro de Dios.

God's Law or God's Word?

Mark 5:21-43.
So often we forget the very basis of our Christian faith over imposing our prejudices and using the Bible to reinforce them.
We make the Bible the fourth element of the Trinity.
In Jesus time there was no Bible as we know it today.
It was a collection of rolls.
Some of them contained the Law of God.
That Law forbids us to touch a woman with vaginal bleeding or a death body because that is an abomination and they make us unclean before God.
But that is not what Jesus, the Word of God, wants from you to really please God today.
He wants you to do the right things instead to do the things right.
To Jesus, people are more important than laws or books, even than God's law or God's book.
