The Ten Commitments of God

There is not such a thing as ten commandments.
Actually the original hebrew word "had·də·ḇā·rîm" means just words, or things.
In that time God made an old covenant and it was not about "you have to do this" or "you can't to do that" as an ordinance but as a sign of that agreement.
Then came religious people and transformed them into laws.
But we are not in the time of the law anymore, we are in the time of Grace.
With the decalogue (the ten sayings of God) God is promising you will know you are doing the things right, you are in the right path, you are with God when you "do this" or "don't do that" not because you have to fulfill any commandment but because you have no need of it.
